MOD is a Dutch organisation and stands for ‘'Meld Discriminatie Online’’. MOD has been a member of the INACH Network since its start. MOD is an initiative of the Dutch Ministry of Justice.
MOD is an independent organisation, its goal is to make the internet as safe as possible for everyone, regardless one’s origin, religion, handicap or sexual orientation. MOD receives reports of online hate by users. Based on the Dutch penal code article 137 (c-e) it decides to talk to the respective platform and request a removal.
